The LAMP method is to amplify the DNA through chain replacement reaction by making 6 primers on the targeted DNA and stem-loop DNA around the primer combining. In general, it can amplify by combining with target ssDNA at 60℃-65℃ medium isothermal. It can amplify the amount of the specimen by 108 time-folds within an hour in spite of the DNA string which disturbs the complementary combining.
The real-time reverse transcription loop-mediated isothermal amplification can identify the entire amplification processes from the initial stage till reaction ending time when the DNA increases exponentially through measuring the fluorescent data with the fluorescent probe that combines specifically to single DNA created by primer set which combines to the target gene.
